A Proposal to Create Political Mechanics——Creating a new subdiscipline in the system of political science

阐述了政治力学是政治学领域中专门研究政治力量的发源与载体、增强与减弱、分解与组合、对立与斗争、冲突与妥协、转化与消亡等现象,探究其原因和规律;在此基础上,对政治力量进行政治力学评估,对政治现象进行政治力学解读,对政治发展进行政治力学预测,为实现政治理想和阶段性目标进行政治力学的设计、演练与操控。

The paper illustrates that political mechanics is to specially research the phenomena such as the origin and carrier, strengthening and weakening, decomposition and combination, opposition and struggle, conflict and compromise, transformation and extinction, etc. of political forces in the fields of political science, and to investigate thoroughly their reasons and laws. Based on the above, the evaluation for the political forces is made, the political phenomenon is interpreted and the political prediction is conducted by means of political mechanics to design, drill and manipulate the political mechanics so as to realize the political ideal and stage nature objective.
