摘要
针对稳压容器法水流量标准装置中存在的流量测试稳定性不高的问题,在稳压罐内有无空气压力可调节装置的两种情况下,通过阀门调节和变频调节流量,对比系统的流量稳定性.结果表明:无论是阀门调节还是变频调节,在系统流量可调节的范围内,随着稳压罐内空气压力值升高,系统的流量稳定性提高.
Aiming at the problem of water flowrate stability in the standard facilities, through valve regulation and frequency regulation, the flowrate stability in the two situations was cpmpared:with and without the equipment which can adjust the air pressure in the pressure vessel. The result shows that the stability of flowrate becomes better with the pressure increasing in vessel within the adjustable scope of flowrate. The flowrate stability in the standard facilities is improved greatly with the equipment installed, comparing with the one without the equipment.
