通过对IHE互联测试的全程跟踪,从整体框架、具体角色、事务及其中所涉及的HL7和DI-COM标准等方面,阐述了SWF技术框架中的一些消息和事务的深层涵义及实际意义,分析了IHE技术测试的实际过程.结果表明:IHE集成流程可以让系统整合更快速、高效、低成本.对于提高医疗信息系统的标准化程度和运行效率具有实际意义.

By running after the whole process of IHE connectathon China, from different aspects, such as integration framework, specific actor, transaction and its related standards, I-IL7 and DICOM, an explanation was made at length about the deep-seated meanings and practical significance of some messages and transactions in SWF integration framework. The performed process of IHE connectathon was analysed in the round. And the results indicate that IHE framework can make system integration run more quickly,efficiently and costlessly. It provides important practical significance for enhancing the medical service information system＇s standardization degree and the operation efficiency.
