大孔吸附树脂纯化绵阳产绞股蓝总皂苷的研究 被引量:3

Study on purification of gypenosides from Gynostemma pentaphyllurn(Thunb) Makino of mianyang with macroporous absorptive resin

摘要 Using Ginsenoside Rb3 as a reference,the determination of Gypenosides from Gynostemma pentaphyllurn(Thunb) Makino was performed.According to the elution rate and the purity of the products,the preparation performance of total saponins by macroporous resin was investigated,and its parameters were optimized.The results indicated that the Gypenosides was extracted with 60% ethanol by using ultrasound(extracting rate was 5.19 %,Gypenosides purity of Gypenosides was 50.69 %).The ratio of diameter to hight of macroporous resin D101 was 1∶8.The static absorption ration of macroporous resin D101 was 89.3mg·g-1,the disabsorption ration is 93.83 %.The dynamic ration of macroporous resin D101 was 32.2 mg.g-1,the disabsorption ration was 86.79%.The 80 % ethanol as eluent,the content of Gypenosides part eluted from D101 column was 89.61 %.
