城市化、集聚效应与第三产业发展

The Theoretical and Positive Analysis on Urbanization,Agglomeration and the Tertiary Development:The Level of Country

已有对城市化与第三产业发展之间关系的研究并没有从集聚的角度来分析两者间的关系,一定程度上会削弱或扩大两者之间的相关性。基于此,本文在理论分析基础上构造了城市化与第三产业发展的计量模型,考察了城市化对第三产业及其内部各行业就业比重的影响。研究结论表明:城市化对第三产业发展影响较显著,但对第三产业内部各行业发展的影响还取决于城市化的发展阶段、服务业的类型等因素。

There are some researchers who have studied the impact about urbanization to the tertiary development. However,most of researches in the past paid little motion on agglomeration and used the tertiary output to judge its development level,which have ignored the employment absorption ability of the tertiary and absolute index will also relaxation or expansion the relationship between them. Therefore,based on theory analysis the article constructs econometric model on urbanization and tertiary and inspects the impact about urbanization to employment proportion of the tertiary and its every industry by use of statistical data of China,American,Japan and Euro. The research result shows that there is significant impact between the urbanization and the tertiary development but the impact between urbanization and every industry in tertiary depends on the urbanization stage,services type and etc.
