Building Guarantee System to Protect the Principle Position of CPC Members

加强和改进党员主体保障机制建设,切实尊重党员主体地位,是新形势下加强和改进党的建设的根本内在动力。充分尊重党员主体地位,切实保障党员民主权利,制度建设是根本。必须着眼于建立健全党务公开制度、改革完善党内选举制度、落实和完善党的代表大会代表任期制度、建立健全党内罢免撤换制度等重点内容,整体提升党员主体地位保障机制建设的水平和成效。

To respect and protect the principle position of its party members is the very intra-motivation of the CPC to strengthen its construction under the new situation.In order to protect the principle position and the democratic right of its members,the CPC should improve its relevant systems to make its affairs transparent and reform its election system;additionally,the CPC should further perfect its system of determining the service term of its national congress representatives and strengthen its recalling and replacing system.
