摘要
数控机床的伺服进给系统直接影响了机床性能,伺服参数的不同会对伺服进给系统造成有一定的影响。对数控交流进给伺服系统组成的各环节进行分析并建立数学模型,在机械传动部分主要依据机械动力学原理建模,最后建立了整个交流进给伺服系统的数学模型,并运用MATLAB软件进行仿真,得出系统阶跃响应图形,验证了系统的正确性,并通过对不同速度环增益的系统阶跃相应结果进行分析,得出伺服参数对系统有一定的影响的结果。为数控交流伺服进给系统的动、静态特性分析提供了相关依据。
CNC servo system directly affects the machine performance,the different parameters of the servo system has certain effect to system.This research mainly on the NC AC servo system composed of each link analysis and mathematical model,mechanical transmission parts mainly bases on mechanical dynamics model was established,and finally the AC servo system,and the mathematical model is simulated by application software MATLAB simulation system for verifies the step response,and through the correctness of the system of different speed loop gain system step is analyzed,and the corresponding parameters of the servo system is a result of the influence.For CNC AC servo system of dynamic and static characteristic analysis provides the relevant evidence.
