摘要 机电一体化是随着生产和技术的发展,在以机械、电子技术为主的多门技术学科相互渗透、相互结合过程中逐渐形成和发展起来的一门新兴边缘技术学科。微电子高新技术和计算机技术的迅猛发展,使工业自动化的程度大幅度提高。新的机电设备和产品将机械、电子、计算机和自动控制技术有机地结合在一起,将大幅度地提高产品的性能、质量和可靠性;提高制造技术水平,实现生产方式向柔性方向发展。目前机电一体化技术正日益得到普遍重视和广泛应用,已成为现代技术和经济发展中不可缺少的一种高新技术。由于机电一体化技术的应用而生产出来的机电一体化产品,已经渗透到了国民经济和日常生活的各个领域。主要简述机电一体化的发展背景,综合国内外现状,分析机电一体化技术的发展趋势。 mechatronics is a new edge of technology subjects,which is gradually formed and developed with the base of mechanical and electronic technology and other technical disciplines in the process of penetrating and combining with each other.Microelectronics and computer technology,high-tech rapid development of the industrial automation has increased significantly.New mechanical and electrical equipment and products will combined mechanical,electronic,computer and automatic control technology organic and significantly,which will improves product performance,quality and reliability;raise the level of manufacturing technology,means of production to flexible direction.Currently mechatronics is increasingly being highly valued and widely used,has become a high-tech which is indispensable in the modern technology and economical development.Mechatronics products following the application of mechatronics technology,has over the people's daily life and all areas of the national economy.In this paper,the author will description the background of the development of mechatronics,integrate status home and abroad,and analyze the trend of mechatronics.
