摘要
目的研究追风伞总黄酮(total flavonoids of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.var.Stenophylla Franch.,TFLS)的抗风湿活性及其作用机制。方法采用小鼠醋酸扭体法观察TFLS的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、棉球诱导的小鼠肉芽肿法和弗氏完全佐剂(FCA)诱导的大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型,观察TFLS的抗炎作用。结果 TFLS能显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠扭体反应,对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、棉球诱导的小鼠肉芽肿具有抑制作用,对AA大鼠继发性足肿胀有较好的抑制作用,并使大鼠血清中NO和炎性组织中PGE2的含量降低,与模型组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 TFLS具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用,其作用机制可能与抑制大鼠血清中NO和炎性组织中PGE2的合成有关。
Objective To investigate anti-rheumatism effects and mechanism of total flavonoids from Lysimachia paridiformis Franch var. stenophylla Franch (TFLS). Methods The analgesia effect was observed on mice twisting model induced by ethanoic acid. To explore the anti-inflammation effect of TFLS, xylene-induced mice auricular swelling model, cotton ball-induced mice granuloma model and rats model of adjuvant arthritis(AA) induced by Freund's complete adjuvant were established. Results TFLS relieved mice body writhing response induced by ethanoic acid, significantly reduced xylene-induced mice auricular swelling and cotton-induced mice granuloma, and inhibited the secondary auricular swelling degree. At the same time, the contents of serum NO and PGE: in inflammatory tissue fluid of AA rats were decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 compared with the model group). Conclusion TFLS has remarkable analgesic and anti-inflammation effects, which may be related to the reduction of serum NO level and PGE2 in inflammatory tissue fluid.
