摘要
目的:比较不同品种川陈皮的品质差异。方法:通过观察显微特征、测定挥发油含量及比较薄层色谱图,探讨不同样品间的差异。结果:不同品种陈皮的显微特征、挥发油含量及化学成分有较大差异,不同产地相同样品的相似度较高。结论:环境因子对陈皮品质的饰变作用不大,遗传因素对陈皮品质有明显影响。
Objective:To compare quality of different breeds of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in Sichuan.Methods:Microscopic characters,volatile oil content and thin layer chromatography were studied to probe into the differentiate of the samples.Results:Differences in microscopic characters,volatile oil content and chromatograms existed in different breeds of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.Same breeds from dissimilar regions were analogous.Conclusions:The quality of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was little modified by circumstance factors but more influenced by genetic factors.
