综合疗法治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Combined Therapy of Shoulder Deriarthritis

目的:观察综合方法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将42例肩周炎患者随机分为两组。其中治疗组22例采取针刺、中药熏蒸配合手法推拿的治疗方式进行治疗,而对照组20例采取中药熏蒸的方式进行治疗。结果:治疗组愈显率达90.91%,明显高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05),在肩关节功能评定中,治疗组提高的分数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合方法治疗肩周炎具有相互协同的作用,疗效确切,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective：To discuss curative effect of shoulder periarthritis under the combined therapy treatment.Methods：42 patinents were selected and divided into the therapy group and control group randomly;the therapy group was treated by the combined treatment of acupuncture,steam bath with Traditional Chinese Medicine and massage,while the control group was treated by steam bath with Traditional Chinese Medicine only.Results：The total effective rate of the therapy group is 90.91% while that of the control group is 50.00%,which is significantly better（P0.05）.Meanwhile,the improved scores in the shoulder evaluation of the therapy group is significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：The combined therapy is featured by synergistic and determined curatve effect;therefore it could have clinical application.
