玻璃纤维桩与IPSe.max铸瓷冠联合修复前牙残根残冠 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩核系统与IPSe.max铸瓷冠联合修复前牙缺损的效果。方法:对80颗前牙残根残冠患牙完善的根管治疗,然后用高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩核与IPSe.max铸瓷冠进行联合修复,嘱患者定期复诊检查修复效果。结果:修复后3、6、12、18、24个月患者定期复诊检查,2颗铸瓷冠颜色稍有偏差,余修复体美观自然,牙龈健康,边缘密合性好。通过X射线检查,玻璃纤维桩无折断,根管桩与根管壁粘固密合。结论:高强度玻璃纤维复合树脂桩核系统与IPSe.max铸瓷冠联合修复是前牙残根残冠较理想的修复方法。 Objective :To observe the high strength glass fiber reinforced composite resin posts and cores combining with IPS e. max press ceramic crowns in restoration of the residual crowns and roots of anterior teeth. Methods:80 residual crowns and roots of anterior teeth were restorated with high strength glass fiber reinforced composite resin posts and cores after root canal therapy , and then with IPS e. max press ceramic crowns. All patients were revisited 3,6,12,18,24 months after treatment. Results:Mter 24 months of follow-up cfinical observation,two ceramic colors with slight deviation, other restorations were perfect, either gingivitis or gingival grey line were not observed, and edge closure was good. X-ray examination demonstrated that root canal posts were tightly adherent to root canal wall. Conclusion:High-strength glass fiber reinforced composite resin posts combining IPS e. max press ceramic crown in restoration of the residual crowns and roots of anterior teeth has perfect effects.
