摘要 SPC-A_6-7细胞株经HpD-金蒸汽激光辐照后。应用H-500透射电镜和JSM-840扫描电镜观察超微结构变化。当HpD为25μg/ml,光照2分钟后,透射电镜下即出现线粒体肿胀,嵴突减少或消失;光照10分钟后,线粒体出现灶性空化或空泡状,内质网呈现肿胀扩张,质膜出现裂解病变,异染色质凝集,多附于核膜,膜浆内不见核糖体。扫描电镜下光照2分钟即可见细胞肿胀,伪足减少,微绒毛变短或减少;持续光照10分钟后可见细胞表面光滑,并可见表面凹陷呈空洞状。 The effect of HPD with gold vapor laser on human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell lines was studied by electron microscopy. Under transmission electron microscopy (TEM), after exposure to HPD at a does of 25μg/ml for 2 minutes, the mitochondria became swollen and the matrices decreased in density. After 10 minutes' exposure, the mitochondria appeared as a balloon with no cristae, the endoplamic reticulum was dilated and the plasma membrane showed disintegration and necrosis. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed cell swelling and reduction in microvilli at 2 minutes, and the swollen surface became smooth with concavity at 10 minutes followiong exposure.
