复方布洛伪麻混悬液的研制及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Use of Ibuprofen-Pseudoephedrine Suspension

以布洛芬、盐酸伪麻为主药，以黄原胶、预胶化淀粉、Ｔｗｅｅｎ－８０等为稳定剂制备布洛伪麻混悬液，并进行了一系列体外性质的考察及初步临床观察。结果显示，本品具有性质稳定、起效快、适口性强等优点，拟作为医院新制剂开发应用。

Taking xanthan gum, pregeletinized starch , Tween-80 etc. as stabilizers , a kind of ibuprofen-pseudoephedrinesuspension has been prepared. The in vitro properties and preliminary clinical observation were carried out. The results showedthat the suspension was stable in property, rapid in taking effect and good in taste. It is worth further developing as a newhospital preparation .
