大蒜素体外抗阴道毛滴虫效果的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察大蒜素体外抗阴道毛滴虫效果。方法:用肝浸汤培养基将大蒜素配制成不同药物浓度的培养液,对阴道毛滴虫体外培养,分别在2h、4h、8h、16h、24h观察虫体存活状态,计算虫体死亡率,并与相同浓度甲硝唑体外抗阴道毛滴虫效果进行比较。结果:大蒜素在体外对阴道毛滴虫有抑制和杀灭作用,100%杀虫最低药物浓度为62.5μg/mL,高于此浓度时,随药物浓度的增加,各实验组100%滴虫死亡率所需时间随之缩短,500μg/mL实验组4h,杀虫率即达100%,与空白对照组比较差别有显著性(P<0.01)。大蒜素与同浓度甲硝唑在相同药物作用时间的杀虫率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:大蒜素具有较强体外抗阴道毛滴虫作用,值得进一步进行临床应用研究。 Objective:To study the effect of allicin against Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro.Methods:Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro was cultivated in Allicin solution of different concentration that was compounded with liver extract solution medium.Survival status of parasites was observed respectively in 2 h,4 h,8 h,16 h,24 h by microscope and the mortality rate was calculated.At the same time,the comparison was made with antitrichomonal effect of metronidazole.Results:The obvious killing effect on T.vaginalis conducted by allicin was observed.The 100% lowest killing concentration was 62.5 μg/mL.Above this concentration,with the increase in drug concentration,the time of 100% mortality of T.vaginalis was reduced correspondingly.In 500 μg/mL experimental group,the time of the killing rate reached 100% needed only 4 hours.It had significant difference that experimental groups compared with blank control groups(P〈0.01).The killing rates were no statistical significance between allicin groups and metronidazole groups with the same concentration of drug at the same time(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Allicin exhibits powerful anti-T.vaginalis effect in vitro and is worthy of study further for its clinical application.
