长治市农村老年人生活质量研究

A Investigation on the Quality of Life of Rural Elderly in Changzhi

目的:了解长治市农村老年人生活质量现状及其影响因素,为日后进行生活质量干预研究提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,用简明SF-36健康量表对研究对象的生活质量进行调查。结果:农村老年人生活质量多个维度评分低于美国常模,差异有统计学意义。98.5%的农村老年人生活质量处于中等水平,性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况等一般资料影响其生活质量。结论:影响生活质量的因素是多方面的,必须采取综合措施来提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the quality of life of rural elderly in Changzhi and providing scientific basis for the future quality of life＇s intervention.Methods：The investigation on the quality of observation was applied stratified random sampling method and condensed SF-36 scale.Results：Many latitude scores about the quality of life of rural elderly are under the level of American models,and the difference is significant.The investigation reveal that 98.5% of rural elderly live in the medium standard of living.The factors on the quality of life are Sex,Age,the level of education and the marital status.Conclusion：There are many factors on the quality of life.Comprehensive measures must be applied to evaluate the quality of life of rural elderly.
