体外冲击波碎石联合乙基叔丁醚溶石治疗胆石病的实验研究

摘要 使用国产JDPN-Ⅲ-ESWL第二代体外冲击波碎石机和自制乙基叔丁醚(ETBE)进行了体外和体内(家犬、家猪)“碎石-溶石”研究。实验结果表明:冲击波粉碎胆结石可以显著加速ETBE的溶石作用,溶解重501mg左右的结石,结石被充分粉碎≤3mm后可以使溶石时间减少62%,冲击波碎石合并ETBE溶石治疗动物胆囊内结石是有效的。选择适当条件碎石,碎石后一周溶石可以将胆囊结石全部溶解。 A form of non-surgical treatment for cholesteral gall stones combining ESWL and dissolution agent ETBE was studied in vitro and in animals (dogs and pigs). After cholesteral stones were fragmented by ESWL, the time required for their complete dissolution by ETBE was significantly reduced. For stones with a diameter of 10 mm, dissolution time could be reduced by 62% after being fragmented into pieces not exceeding 3 mm in diameter. 27-100% of cholesteral stones implanted in pig gallbladders could be dissolved by ETBE for 4-6.5h when it was introduced intracholecystically subsequent to ESWL.
