摘要 目前认为全球分布的刚地弓形虫是弓形虫属唯一的一个种可分为强毒株和弱毒株。Makioka等发现强毒株RH株的DNA聚合酶活性要比弱毒株ME49株高很多[1],这说明虫株间毒力差异是有其分子机制的。然而,究竟是什么决定了虫株的毒力?近年来,学者们利用免疫...
