This paper introduces EPON＋EOC,a new type of access technology for zhangzhou broadcast television network center at the process of bidirectional transformation.According to the present situation of Zhangzhou television user,this paper shows the design idea of EPON system,and analyzes system configuration and fault case of EPON construction.
