Study on iBOSS Planning Process Model in CATV Network Corporations

随着数字电视技术的应用普及和深入以及三网融合的全面启动,有线电视网络公司的业务运营从单一业务向多业务综合运营模式发展,业务运营支撑系统也需要从传统的用户管理系统升级到多业务综合运营支撑系统(iBOSS)。通过对某有线电视网络公司iBOSS规划和建设工作的分析和总结,归纳出面向有线电视网络公司的一种iBOSS规划过程模型,并对关键步骤进行了详细说明。

With development of digital television technology and convergence of three networks,the CATV network corporation will change its business operation pattern from single service to multi-services,and business operation supporting system should be upgraded from traditional Subscriber Management System or Customer Management System to Integrated Business Operation Supporting System（iBOSS）.This paper proposes an iBOSS planning process model by analyzing works on system planning and building in a CATV network corporation,and the key steps were given to illustrate this model.
