This paper introduces a modeling and simulation method of PERT network based on Stateflow, expatiates on the simulation modeling concepts, procedures, solution of complex problems and gives a concrete simulation model of PERT network. This simulation approach allows the duration of work procedure to be from any distribution, and can consider any possible critical path.
