摘要 汽轮发电机组试验时,发电机转子转动的不平衡扰动力使其下支承基础产生振动不可避免。基础的振动尤其是竖向振动的大小将直接影响到试验的准确性,特别是对于百万千瓦级型发电机组这类超大型高精度设备,对于基础的振动幅度具有更高的控制要求,基本属于需要控制微变形级别。针对某重装备制造基地项目中,世界最大规模之一的汽轮发电机试验站试验时对设备基础的竖向全振幅小于等于10μm的极高工艺要求,运用有限元Staad/Pro软件对基础的振动响应进行模拟计算,通过模态分析、新旧基础数值计算结果的校核比对,并通过数值模拟分析不断优化基础选型,最终成功实现对设备基础在大型转子扰动作用下的微变形控制。 During turbo-generator test,the unbalanced disturbing force produced by spinning of generator rotor will result in inevitable vibration of its equipment foundation.The vibration,especially vertical vibration of equipment foundation,will directly affect the accuracy of the test result.Particularly to those large high-precision equipments such as million-kilowatt-class nuclear power turbo-generator,a higher standard commonly known as "micro-deformation control" should be adopted to control foundation vibration.A case study was taken from one heavy industry manufacture base,focusing on one of the world-largest turbo generator test station inside,which requires extremely strict foundation vibration control standard with vertical vibration equaling to 10 μm or less during its test.The article shows how to finally realize the micro-deformation control under disturbing force of large generator rotor through continuously optimizing foundation design,which was made possible by introducing finite element Staad/Pro Software to carry out simulation calculation about vibration responses of the foundation and then making modal analysis,comparing calculation results of new old foundation and adopting numerical simulation analysis.
