摘要
某高层办公楼深基坑围护结构施工,影响邻近的某一历史保护性建筑(最近距离2.05 m)。通过对该历史保护性建筑的实时沉降监测,着重分析三轴搅拌桩和地下连续墙两个施工阶段对其产生的影响,介绍了施工中采取的建筑物保护措施,并得出相关结论:软土地区,距离保护性建筑为2.05 m的三轴搅拌桩施工对其沉降影响是很大的;地下连续墙施工中应注意成槽和顶升锁口管施工阶段对保护性建筑的沉降影响;基坑围护结构施工之前,宜对保护性建筑进行整体加固。
There is a construction site of a large and deep foundation pit,influencing the nearby historic building(the nearest distance is 2.05 m).In this paper,based on the real-time monitoring data of the nearby historic building,the effects on a historic building due to the construction of three-axis mixing pile and underground diaphragm walls were analyzed,some protective measures and suggestions were also introduced.It can be concluded through the analysis that:the effect on a nearby historic building due to the construction of three-axis mixing pile is obvious;the effect on a nearby historic building due to the construction of underground diaphragm wall trench and fore shaft pipe should be considered;the historic building should be strengthened before the foundation pit construction.
