摘要
在海水潮汐区,氯盐侵蚀使混凝土结构耐久性能不断降低。对我国海水潮汐区的温度、相对湿度、潮汐类型等进行了详细的调查,同时分析了各环境参数对氯盐侵蚀的敏感性。然后对现有的干湿交替加速试验方法进行了比较,发现现有的加速试验方法没有根据实际环境选择合适的模拟方式和合理的环境参数,不能有效模拟实际海水潮汐区环境下混凝土中氯盐侵蚀规律。最后,通过改变环境参数提高氯盐侵蚀速度的方式,制定了海水潮汐区混凝土氯盐侵蚀加速模拟试验方法,试验结果表明该方法能较好地模拟海水潮汐区混凝土氯盐侵蚀过程。
In tidal zone,durability of concrete structures may deteriorate due to chloride ion penetration.Therefore,temperature,relative humidity,tidal type and so on in tidal zone in China were thoroughly investigated,and the sensitivity of each parameter on chloride erosion was analyzed.Then the existing dry-wet acceleration test methods were reviewed and discussed.It was shown that the existing acceleration test methods can not be used as the reasonable ways to simulate the actual environment actions on concrete in actual tidal zone.Finally,a new accelerated chloride penetration test method for concrete in tidal zone was developed for increasing chloride penetration rate by change environment parameters.Experimental results show that this method can simulate erosion process of chloride ion in concrete in tidal zone.
