摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、红外光谱仪、微库伦综合分析仪研究了环氧树脂在甲苯中的溶解性能,检测了E-44型环氧树脂的分子质量分布、羟基的红外吸收光带、总氯含量,并对影响环氧树脂溶解性能的因素进行了分析。结果表明,随着分子质量的增加,环氧树脂在甲苯中的溶解性能下降;但E-44型环氧树脂在甲苯中的溶解能力主要取决于环氧树脂分子间形成氢键的强弱,氢键的强弱与E-44型环氧树脂分子中环氧基团和分子末端羟基的多少有关,分子末端羟基在形成氢键的作用中起主导作用。
The dissolution properties of epoxy resin in toluene were investigated by GPC,IR and microcoulomb comprehensive analyzer.The molecular weight distribution,the infrared absorption band of hydroxyl groups and the total chloride content of the E-44 epoxy resin were tested.The factors affecting the solubility of epoxy resin in toluene were analyzed.The results showed that the solubility of the epoxy resin in toluene was decreased with the increasing of epoxy molecular weight.However,the solubility of the E-44 epoxy resin in toluene was mainly depend on the the strength of hydrogen bonds formed between molecules.The strength of hydrogen bonds was related with the amounts of epoxy groups and the hydroxyl end groups in epoxy molecule.The hydroxyl end groups played a leading role in hydrogen bond forming.
