摘要
以高惰质组含量的五彩湾煤为研究对象,采用THF、Pyri.和NMP/CS2三种溶剂,分别进行自然和微波溶胀,对溶胀前、后的煤样进行电镜、热重和红外分析,并考察其低压直接液化效果。研究结果表明:溶胀使煤样结构疏松,最大溶胀度达到1.87;煤分子结构中弱的非共价键有明显断裂现象,低温失重量和失重速率明显增大,液化性能明显改善。在氢初压仅6.0 MPa、溶煤比1.75∶1、反应温度450℃和反应时间60 min条件下,原煤的气产率、油+水产率和转化率分别为9.7%、55%和77%,自然溶胀煤为3.4%、70%和82%,微波溶胀煤为3.6%、74%和85%。自然溶胀需6h,而微波溶胀在700 W下仅需15 min。
Wucaiwan coal,a high inertinite soft coal in Xinjiang,was swollen with THF,Pyri.and NMP/CS2.It was carried out at natural and microwave conditions pre-treatment coal with swelling solvent,and characterized by SEM,TG-DTG and FT-IR,then operated hydro-liquefaction experimentation for three coals at lower pressure,respectively.Results indicate that swelling makes coal structure loosing,max.swelling ratio reaches 1.87,weak no-covalent bonds breaking,and leads to larger weight loss and weightlessness rate at low temperature.At pH2 = 6.0 MPa,T=450 ℃,S/ C = 1.75∶1 and θ=60 min,gas,oil + water yields and conversion of raw coal,natural NMP/CS2-swollen coal and microwave NMP/CS2-swollen coal reach up to 9.7%,55%,77%,3.4%,70%,82% and 3.6%,74%,85%,respectively.The natural swelling time is 6 h,but microwave swelling only 15 min under 700 W.
