结合青海电力通信网的现状和发展趋势,提出构建青海电力通信软交换冗余备份网的建议,在提高现运行通信交换网可靠性的同时,对进一步建设下一代青海电力通信网有一定借鉴。

Combining with persent situation and developing tendency,the paper proposes suggestion of creating softwwitch redundancy backup network of Qinghai power communication,thus improves reliability of present operating communication switching network,as well as provides certain reference for the further construction of next generation of Qinghai power communication network.
