论高速磁浮交通系统科学发展的基本要求

The basic requirements for the scientific development of high-speed maglev transport system

建设和发展高速磁浮交通系统对我国全面建设小康社会、实现国民经济又好又快发展具有重大意义。高速磁浮交通系统的科学发展应该遵循三方面的基本要求,即统筹交通运输发展全局,将磁浮交通系统纳入国家综合交通运输体系;加强综合交通运输体系的规划和实施,促进磁浮交通系统与其他交通系统的协调发展;推动磁浮交通系统的研究和应用,促进磁浮交通系统的全面协调可持续发展。

The construction and development of high-speed maglev transport system （ HSMTS） in our country is of great significance in building well-off society in an all-around way and realizing the sound and rapid development of national economy. The scientific development of the system should meet the basic requirements,namely,coordinating the overall development of transport and integrating HSMTS into national comprehensive transport system,strengthening planning and implementation of transportation system and improving the coordinated development of HSMTS and other transport systems,promoting the research and application and realizing the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.
