摘要
我国现行农村养老保险行政人才培养机制不健全,阻碍了农村养老保险制度的探索和发展。通过对我国农村养老保险行政人才培养现状和存在问题的剖析,提出了建立人才培训基地,完善培训机构设置,制定周密完整的培训计划,完善培训实施体制,使用网络化、电教化培训方法等对策。
China's current administrative personnel training system of rural pension is not sound,which discourages the exploration and development of rural pension system. Through analyzing the current situation and problems about administrative personnel training,this paper puts forward some specific recommendations,including establishing talent training base,perfecting the establishment of training institution,drawing up thorough training plans,promoting training imlementing system and adopting network and audio-visual facilities.
