从语言文化角度谈郦道元“酷吏”说

On the"cruel officials"theory of Li Dao-yuan from linguistic and cultural angle

郦道元在《魏书》中被列入酷吏一列,后人多认为是由于郦氏实行暴政和魏收人品等原因造成。从"酷吏"一词的语言文化角度看,应该是"严正冷酷"之吏,而不是"残暴"之吏,郦氏并非后人认为的暴吏,魏收亦没有丑化郦道元人物形象。

Li Dao-yuan is listed as one of cruel officials in Weishu,later generations mostly think that the cause is Li Dao-yuan＇s tyranny and Wei Shou＇character. From linguistic and cultural angle,＂cruel officials＂actually means a＂religious and grim＂official rather than a＂cruel official＂. Li dao-yuan is not really a cruel official and Wei Shou doesn＇t smear his character image,either.
