救助管理站作为收容遣送站的替代物,在新的历史条件下,无论是具体工作的实施效果还是自身的发展都遭遇到了困境。在这种情况下,救助站应积极分析导致困难产生具体原因,并从根源上进行制度和方法的完善,克服旧制度的消极影响,加强自身的建设,寻找继续发展的出路。

In the new historical condition,city assistance stations,as the substitutes of shelters and repatriations,no matter the implementation effect of specific work or their own development has encountered the predicament. In this case,assistance stations should positively analyze the reasons,improve system and method from the root,overcome the negative influence of the old system,strengthen its own construction and search for outlet for continuous development.
