国籍与效忠是个包含着国族神话、血统、共同历史与命运、公民身份以及政经权利等要素隐喻的丰富规范语言。而这些要素的内涵,必须由市民社会借助公共论辩来产生与确定。国籍以及公民身份的正当性基础——血统、国族共同历史与记忆、选民意识与公民品德,完全失去其在规范上的地位与价值。同样的,效忠这个总结国族主义的规范支点,也瞬间被弃置在政治不正确的光谱里。通过比较美加与欧洲国籍规范的方法,探究国籍与效忠规范背后个别组成要素的形成背景与内涵。
