摘要
目的制定99mTc-DTPA测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)在不同年龄组中的正常参考范围,评价其在移植肾活体供体中的临床价值。方法 300例移植肾供体行肾动态显像,应用Gates法计算GFR,统计分析GFR正常参考范围及不同年龄组GFR正常参考范围,分析其与性别、年龄、身高体重指数的关系。结果 300例供肾者左肾、右肾及总肾的GFR为(49.25±10.34)mL/min、(49.27±9.69)mL/min及(98.52±19.03)mL/min;<50岁者的GFR显著高于≥50岁者,<50岁或≥50岁,各年龄组间GFR无显著性差异;Logistic回归分析表明GFR仅与年龄相关。结论 99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像测定GFR方法简便、可靠,可以反映分肾功能、评估尿路排泄情况,对筛选移植肾供体具有一定价值。
Objective To determine the normal reference range of glomerular filtration rate (GFR)in different ages with ^99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging on living kidney transplantation donors,and to evaluate the clinical value of GFR in living kidney transplantation. Methods ^99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging was performed in 300 patients on living kidney transplantation donors. The imaginge was processed according to Gates' method to obtain GFR. The normal reference range of GFR was obtained in different ages and the relationship betwwen GFR and gender,age and body mass index was also analyzed. Results The left,right and total renal GFR of 300 living kidney transplantation donors were( 49.25± 10.34)mL/min, (49.27±9.69) mL/min and (98.52± 19.03)mL/min, respectively. The GFR in the group whose age〈50 was significantly higher than that in the qroup whose of age≥50(P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference between the groups whose age〈 50 and the qroup whose age≥50(P〉0.05). The study of logistic regression showed that the age was the only important impact factor on GFR. Condusion GFR obtained by ^99mTc-DTPA is simple and reliable, which can be used to accurately assess the individual renal filterability and the urinary drainage function. This offers a useful method for screening the living relative kidney transplantation donors.
