开封生态环境及旅游业引黄用水分析

Analysis on Kaifeng Entironment and Tourism Industry of Water-drawing from Yellow River

开封市水资源短缺且污染严重,引黄是开封市用水的主要组成部分。分析开封市对黄河水资源的开发利用现状,主张采取引黄调蓄、完善功能、创新管理,开展旅游业供水等优化配置黄河水资源的对策。

Water resources of Kaifeng city are short-handed and polluted seriously.Water-drawing from Yellow River is an important part of Kaifeng city water.The exploitation present situation of Yellow River water resources of Kaifeng city is analyzed.The countermeasures of water-drawing from Yellow River for adjusting storing,improving the function,innovation management,using tourism industry to supply water and so on to optimize Yellow River water resources are advocated to adopt by this paper.
