摘要
华电新乡发电有限公司水处理预处理系统采用超滤净化工艺,系统运行2年后,超滤系统出现压差升高,出水量减少的现象,经过多次试验分析,最终找出了超滤污染的原因,经过离线清洗,并制定了保证安全运行的措施,彻底解决了困扰超滤出水的问题。
The ultrafiltration membrane was employed in Huadian Xinxiang Power Corporation Limited. After 2 years, it appeared the pressure increase and flux decline. The reasons were found out by experimental analyse. The flux problem were solved by off line cleaning and making safety measures.
