摘要
目的:探讨老年原发性高血压患者椎动脉弹性功能改变与脉搏速度的关系。方法:应用超声检测117例老年原发性高血压病患者(≥60)和50例正常老年人作对照组,测量椎动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)、内径,计算顺应性、脉搏速度(PWV)等参数。结果:高血压组的PWV显著高于对照组,PWV与脉压、顺应性及僵硬度指数β密切相关。结论:高血压患者椎动脉功能的改变与脉搏速度密切相关,PWV是一项评价高血压病动脉功能的重要指标。
Objective:Discussion aged primary hypertension sickness patient vertebral artery elastic function change and pulse speed relations.Methods:Application ultrasonography to examine 117 aged primary hypertension sickness patients (≥60) and 50 normal senior citizens to be control group,Surveying the arteria vertebral communis anterior the intermediate deck thickness(IMT),inside diameter,computation elasticity,pulse speed(PWV) and so on parameters.Results:The hypertension group's PWV is obviously higher than the control group,PWV is related to the pulse pressure,the elasticity and the stiff hardness numberβ.Conclusion:The patients with high blood pressure vertebral artery function's change is related to the pulse speed.PWV is an imporant guideline of appraisal hypertension sickness artery function.
