摘要
基于企业发展转型的研究目的,以技术创新的研究对象为起点,重新界定了企业的技术创新能力,并对其特征以及对企业战略发展的作用进行了解析。
From the perspective of development transformation and transitional performance of the enterprise, basing on the research objects of technological innovation abilities , this article redefines the enterprises technological innovation abilities and analyzes the characteristics and the role of strategic development.
