摘要
在全球经济一体化的今天,企业面临着很大的竞争,企业管理层已经充分认识到:要提高竞争力必须提高产品的质量、服务的质量和员工的生产力,减少劳动成本,以面对激烈的竞争环境及生存的不确定性。目前,很多企业都或多或少地从数量和职能弹性方面采取了一些弹性化的措施来加强企业的竞争力,如在精简组织的策略,在人力上采用外包及使用合同工、临时工等。企业只要恰当采用数量和职能弹性策略,就能有效地利用企业本身的资源,降低成本,建立竞争优势。
In this integrative economy environment, enterprises both and an intense competitive environment. Enterprises have realized at home and abroad are facing high pressure that they should improve product and service quality, the employee' s productivity and reduce labour costs to rapidly response the environment and retain com- peti the tiveness. Therefore, enterprises have more or less taken some measures to strengthen their competitiveness in rapidly changing world, such as the strategy of simplifying the organization, the use of outsourcing and recrui- ring contract workers, or temporary employees and so on. From the perspective of human resource management, this paper suggests that only by adopting the strategy of numerical and functional flexibility in enterprises, can they effectively use their own resources, reduce costs and build competitive advantage.
