On The Training Pattern of Applied Business English Talents

以英语语言文化知识传授为侧重点的传统商务英语人才培养存在教学模式落后、实践教学素质低、实践基地缺乏等诸多问题,已经完全不能适应现代商业经济发展的需要。改革应该采用"模块+双重目标"型的培养方案,加强校企合作,强化学生实践能力,按企业个性化需求,制定相应的"订单式"应用型商务英语人才培养模式。

Oriented in English language and culture, there are problems in traditional cultivation of Business English talents, such as backward teaching approach, lack of practice and lack of practice base, which lags far behind the development of modern commercial economy. The reform should adopt ＂mode plus double targets＂ pattern, strengthen school- enterprise cooperation and students＇practical ability, and develop corresponding ＂orderstyle＂ appli- cation- oriented business English talent cultivation pattern according to specific needs.
