粉煤灰-脱硫石膏双掺砂浆试验研究与应用 被引量:19

摘要 利用较低品质粉煤灰和脱硫石膏,针对房建工程用建筑砂浆,确定了复合胶凝材料的基本配比.通过试验研究了粉煤灰-脱硫石膏双掺砂浆的主要技术性能.研究结果表明,粉煤灰-脱硫石膏掺量高达75%~85%,砂浆施工和易性优于普通砂浆,干缩小,抗裂性强,力学性能满足设计要求.粉煤灰-脱硫石膏砌筑砂浆和抹面砂浆应用于某房建工程试验段施工也很成功.较低品质电厂工业废渣粉煤灰和脱硫石膏在土建工程的大掺量双利用,社会经济和环保效益显著. The basic mix proportions of composite binder with low-quality fly ash and desulfurization gypsum adopted,are recommended aimed to mortar used in buildings.The main technical performances of fly ash-desulfurization gypsum mortar are also tested.And the conclusions can be made that with fly ash-desulfurization gypsum taking 75%~85% of the total composite binder by mass,the mortar shows by far better workability than that of ordinary mortar,enough mechanical properties which meet the requirements,low drying shrinkage as well as excellent cracking resistance.Moreover,it is successfully applied as both plastering and masonry mortars in the experimental section of a building construction.It is much significant for society,economy as well as environment protection of high volume double-utilization in civil engineering of low-quality fly ash and desulfurization gypsum,which are both solid waste byproducts from coal-fired power plants.
