摘要
高职院校的有组织无序状态使高职教师管理面临"以人为本"管理理念不能真正落到实处:教师参与管理过程的程度不够等困境。通过借鉴人力资源管理相关理论,对高职教师进行分类分层,依据分类分层方法对各类各层教师的职位进行职务分析与设计,并根据职务描述书制订相匹配的绩效管理和薪酬管理措施,以此提高高职教师管理的有效性。
Vocational Colleges' organized disorder has made the management of vocational teachers face some problems,such as " people-oriented" management concepts can not be truly implemented in the management process,teachers can not fully participate in school management,and so on. If the vocational colleges can refer to human resource management theories to make vocational teachers in scientific and accurate categories and levels,make accurate,clear and comprehensive analysis and design according to teachers' posts of various levels,and formulate the measures of performance management and compensation management according to job description,vocational colleges will be able to improve the management effectiveness of teachers and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
