建设智能电网是当今电力产业可持续发展的方向。作为智能电网基础的数字化变电站为各级电网所关注,时间同步技术是数字化变电站在电网中安全、实时运行必要的保障。
To succeed smart grid （SG） is a direction for the electric power industry to keep sustainable development. As the foundation of SG, digital substation is focused by power networks of various grades. Time synchronization technique is the necessary ensurance for digital substation to operate real-timely and safely in power grid.
