摘要
文章针对舟山六横煤炭中转码头现有装卸工艺方案,通过分析影响装卸效率的几大因素,确定将船舶装卸时间作为评价标准,并用科学计算方法将其量化。该标准可作为制定昼夜装卸作业计划的依据,亦可据此标准考核作业效果,以达到追求港口生产优化的目的。
Based on the current coal handling technology at transfer terminal in Liuheng, Zhoushan, this paper determines to take handling time as the criterion and makes a quantitative result by scientific means by analyzing the relative factors affecting the handling efficiency. The criterion can be used as the basis of making day and night operation plan and assessment of effectiveness to achieve the port production optimization purpose
