文章通过对海洋食品企业职业岗位调查和分析,确立了海洋食品安全岗位群,并界定了所需能力、素质以及知识,构建了基于海洋食品安全岗位群的课程体系。

The paper investigates and analyzes the positions in seafood enterprises through certain ways. On the basis, it confirms the seafood-safety-oriented position groups, the competence required, quality and knowledge.Meanwhile, it establishes the course system based on the position groups of seafood safety.
