急诊科预见性护理程序在脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者抢救中的应用

The use of proactive nurse at emergency ward in patients of spinal cord injury care not to slouch

目的观察预见性护理程序在抢救脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者的效果。方法应用自行设计的急诊科脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者预见性护理程序,对30例脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者(观察组)进行抢救护理;另选30例脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者作为对照组,对照组按常规急救护理程序护理。比较2组抢救时间。结果观察组有效抢救时间为(48.66±17.32)min少于对照组的(76.66±15.55)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论预见性护理程序为脊髓损伤致不全瘫患者赢得了时间,提高了患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of proactive nurse using in patients of spinal cord injury care not to slouch.Methods 30 cases patients of spinal cord injury care not to slouch were as the observation group,were gave proactive nurse;another 30 cases patients were as the control group and gave conventionally first-aid treatment process.Compared care to save time in two groups.Results The effectively save time of observation group[（48.66±17.32）min]was less than that[（76.66±15.55）min] in control group,the difference was significant statistics（P0.01）.Conclusion Proactive nurse cound save treatment time in patients of spinal cord injury care not to slouch and improved the quality of survival.
