辐射处理板蓝根种子对花期花粉活力及寿命的影响

摘要 目的利用^(60)Co-γ射线辐射处理甘肃Ⅱ号板蓝根(GSⅡ)的干种子,观测不同辐射剂量(对照0、处理1:700 Gy、处理2:1000 Gy、处理3:1200 Gy)的^(60)Co-γ射线对其花期花粉活力与寿命的影响。方法利用醋酸洋红液测定法测定室温与4℃冷藏条件下的花粉活力。结果随时间的延长,花粉活力逐渐下降。4℃冰箱保存可有效延缓花粉活力下降速度,辐射剂量愈大,花粉活力下降愈明显,处理3活力在2d内由30%左右迅速下降为0,而对照组则存活10 d以上。低温冷藏可1~2 d延长花粉寿命。结论处理1对花粉影响不大,处理2和处理3能显著降低花粉活力,缩短花粉寿命,其临界剂量值应处于700~1000 Gy之间。 Objective Using of 6o Co -γ, Ray Irradiation on seeds of Radis Isatidis of Gansu II ( GS II ) ,60 Co - γ Ray Irradiation of different dosage( Antitheses - 0, Disposal 1 - 700Gy, Disposal 2 - 1000Gy, Disposal 3 - 1200Gy) was observed on the effect of pollen activity and life - span. Methods Methed of Acetatemagenta Liquor was used to detect pollen activity of room tempreture and refrigeration. Results Pollen activity was as descend as times run. Preserving of 4 ℃ refrigeratory can stay the descend speed of pollen activity in effect, and,the decend speed of pollen activity was as distinctness as increase of irradiational dosage, the pollen activity of disposal 3 was descend from 30% to 0 in 2 days, but life of antitheses was above 10 days, refrigeratory can extend the life - span of pollen by 1 - 2 days. Conclusion The effect of disposal 1 was slight to pollen activity, disposal :2 and disposal 3 can reduce the pollen activity and shorten the life - span effectively, the critical numerical value should between 700 Gy and 1000 Gy.
