摘要
本文作者根据多年来的实际工作经验，结合规范和法规的有关要求，谈了厨房设计中的一些体会，供有关设计人员参考。
Based on years of practical experience in galley design and together with the consideration to the requirements of the rules and regulations, the author summarized in this paper some principles related to the galley design. It provides a good reference to the ship designers.
