吲达帕胺联合伊那普利治疗原发性高血压病63例临床观察

Indapamide combined with enalapril in treating essential hypertension

目的观察吲达帕胺与伊那普利联合治疗高血压病的疗效。方法 63例高血压病患者随机分为两组,对照组应用伊那普利5 mg,每日2次口服。治疗组每日上午给予吲达帕胺2.5 mg 1次口服,伊那普利2.5 mg,每日2次口服,治疗8周,用药期间监测血压、心率、血钾、肾功能、血糖及血脂。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%,对照组为80.0%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后对心率、肾功能、糖代谢、脂代谢均无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论吲达帕胺与伊那普利联合治疗高血压病疗效显著,副作用少,价格便宜,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Indapamide combination therapy with Enalapril in essential hypertension. Methods 63 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, control group were applied Enalapril 5mg,2 times a day orally. Treatment group were given Indapamide 2.5 mg 1 times a daily morning orally,Enalapril 2.5mg,2 times a day orally, for 8 weeks. Medication during the monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate, serum potassium, renal function, blood sugar and blood lipids. Results The total effective rate was 93.9% in treatment groupthe, control group was 80.0%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The two groups before and after treatment on heart rate, renal function, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism were not affected （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect was prominence in that Indapamide combination therapy with Enalapril in essential hypertension. , less side effects,cheap and worth in clinical widely used.
