锁定加压钢板治疗四肢关节端复杂性骨折

目的探讨解剖型锁定加压钢板治疗四肢近关节部位粉碎性骨折的应用。方法应用解剖型锁定加压钢板治疗四肢近关节部位粉碎性骨折患者32例,男22例,女10例;年龄20～79岁,平均42岁。结果 32例患者均获随访,骨折均愈合,其中1例于术后2个月再次受伤致钢板断裂。功能恢复优22例,良7例,一般2例,差1例,优良率90.63%。结论解剖型锁定加压钢板治疗四肢近关节部位粉碎性骨折固定可靠,并发症少,可早期进行功能锻炼,疗效满意,特别适用于老年骨质疏松的患者。

Objective To investigate the anatomic locking compression plate in treatment of limb joints fracture in recent applications. Methods anatomic locking compression plate fixation of comminuted fractures of the limbs near joints in 32 patients,22 were male and 10 females;aged 20 -79 years, mean 42 years. Results 32 patients were followed up, fractures healed ,of which I case in the surgery again in february after the injury caused by plate fracture. Excellent functional recovery in 22 cases,good in 7 cases,2 cases in general and poor in 1 case,good rate of 90.63%. Conclusion anatomic locking compression plate fixation of comminuted fractures of the limbs near joints reliable fixation, less complications, functional training can be an early satisfactory outcome,especially for elderly patients with osteoporosis.
