护理干预对念珠菌阴道炎病人治疗依从性的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with candida vaginitis

[目的]探讨护理干预对念珠菌阴道炎病人治疗依从性的影响。[方法]将92例念珠菌阴道炎病人随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组予常规治疗措施及一般健康指导,干预组在常规治疗护理的基础上实施综合护理干预。采用问卷调查法,比较两组病人念珠菌阴道炎相关知识水平、治疗依从性和复发率的差异。[结果]经护理干预后,两组病人念珠菌阴道炎相关知识水平、治疗依从性、复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组明显优于对照组。[结论]积极有效的护理干预可提高病人的健康知识水平、改善认识态度及不良卫生习惯、提高治疗依从性、预防复发。

Objective：To probe into the Influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with candida vaginitis.Methods：A total of 92 patients with candida vaginitis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Patients in control group were given conventional treatment and general health guidance.Patients in intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention based on conventional treatment.Then knowledge level of related to the disease,treatment compliance and recurrence rate of the two group cases were compared by adopting questionnaire survey.Results：There were statistical significant differences in terms of disease related knowledge,treatment compliance and recurrence rate between the two group patients after nursing intervention（P0.05）.And intervention group was significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can enhance patients＇ health knowledge,improve patients＇ attitude and poor health habits,enhance treatment compliance and prevent the relapse of illness.
